Under what License brubeck is licensed? None means it's proprietary and no one can use it. Let's just make it BSD since it's best for everyone?
On Ubuntu you can't just install ruby1.9.3, you need ruby1.9.3-dev for mkmf package.
As there is only a comment in the readme I figured it deserves it's own ticket as this is something that needs to be done.
