ok, thanks for pointing out the missing parts. I have updated them now.

dotnet test does not forward MSBuild properties to msbuild in .NET 7 RC1

This also breaks [SqlClient](https://github.com/dotnet/sqlclient) tests. Is there an ETA on the fix?
