[Feature Request] Enable Fullscreen on Launch

I have ShaderGlass autostart with my PC, a setting to enable fullscreen when the app is launched would be very cool

Cursor not correcting position based on shader distortions when using custom Opera GX Cursor

Easy fix is to disable Opera GX custom cursor mods, but just wanted to make note of it here in case anyone else has this issue.
