The connectathon repo is no longer updated. Need to migrate the documentation to reference ecqm-content-r4 and ecqm-content-r4-2021 repositories.
Tracked this down. The issue is that the code for this wasn't yet merged into the cql-evaluator upstream. @mdnazmulkarim is looking at that.
In particular, the "patient" parameter should be rejected for R4
