I tried to change the install directory by running Build.PL with destdir=/usr/local and with --install_base /usr/local. I was running ```perl Build``` when that error came up.

Have you figured anything out about this?

The H flag isn't modified by the second add/sub. If the N flag is set, it is a sub instead of an add.

Luckily for us, Chromebrew runs on Chrome OS, so we can just symlink the file to another location :tada:. > Flash used to be the way to go.

Probably because this tries to upload telemetry to `0.0.0.0` and the Microsoft URLs are allowed in the anti-malware software.

Microsoft force enables telemetry anyway. I'd blame it on Windows.

Is there an IRC channel?

Just wondering, it wasn't documented anywhere and I installed a new IRC client recently.

I'm pretty sure it isn't a priority right now.
