Failure delivering result ResultInfo{who=null, request=2, result=2, data=null} to activity

Getting Error: Failed to resolve: com.google.android.gms:play-services-ads-identifier:12.0.1 tried many solutions from stackoverflow, but still getting that error? Is there any possible answer of fix for this?
