202 bug allows null height and weight values after going one page back

Made all values in the onboarding persistent. This should prevent the user from entering illegal values, while also provding user-feedback using existing methods.

If I go to the wiki and click on the [Contribution Guide](https://github.com/simonoppowa/OpenNutriTracker/wiki/Contribution-Guide), I get redirected back to the wiki itself with a toast saying "You do not have permission to...
