Android - Create thumbnail from video library

The `createThumbnail` seems to work perfectly, except for videos on the Android being pulled from the video library. video filepath: `content://media/external/video/media/12661` success callback: `java.io.FileNotFoundException`

2.5.7 missing addSubscriber()

With the latest update, seems that the addSubscriber() method has been removed? I was using the BackoffPlugin to help deal with #82
