@solnic I do not pass registry into commands, but to be able to invoke commands from commands expect registry be injected into command object. Actually I'm thinking about that way...

At least we can pass the name, so Marcel can guess mime type by name. Or do not use Marcel::TYPES only. You are the author, what would you recommend?

I would suggest to remove "required" flag from Parser and Banner, rather then having required option. If option is required, that means, that it is not an option, but argument.
