Support kotlin coroutines

I don't see any mentioning of kotlin coroutines adapter or something like that, does it exist? If it doesn't, it would be really great to have such integration

Code generator should override nullability and other type information reported by INFORMATION_SCHEMA, and apply type propagation instead from known sources

### Expected behavior KotlinGenerator should generate nonnullable fields for views the same way it does so for tables. ### Actual behavior KotlinGenerator generates all fields as nullable in view pojos/records...
