(feature/fvdb) [BUILD] setup.py `fvdb.utils.data` & `fvdb.utils._colmap_utils` doesnt exists in folder

I encountered the same bug

TypeError: Trainer.init() got an unexpected keyword argument 'gpus'

I fix it with "pip install pytorch-lightning==1.7.2"

Torch dependency issue on vanilla install
