I thought that converting RGBHV to RGBs would enable me to upscale that content but it looks like the GBS can't deal with it, is it normal?

Only the first seven slots for the presets store any information, the other ones don't save any preset.

To replicate the issue just save a preset in the 8th slot and load it.
