Cannot install Petalisp via Quicklisp anymore.

I have tried to install petalisp recently (and have successfully installed prior), but now I get an error regarding the petalisp.graphiviz. I get a SYSTEM-NOT-FOUND error when I (ql:quickload :petalisp)....
