‘’ink publish‘’ doesn't work well with Windows

When I ran command **ink publish** in Windows, the excuted command which I had added to the **config.yml** didn't work.

Add category for each article and to group all articles by category instead of Year. (also can anyone give me some advice so that I may implement this by myself....
