I found the issue in the json answer... "HmIP-RF.001B9A49A8B3CA%3A7.LEVEL":0, "HmIP-RF.001B9A49A8B3CA%3A7.LEVEL_STATUS":1, "HmIP-RF.001B9A49A8B3CA%3A7.VALVE_STATE":STATE_NOT_AVAILABLE,

the device is a HmIP-FALMOT-C12 and the STATE_NOT_AVAILABLE comes from unused ports on the HmIP-FALMOT-C12
