While it works with 2.4.1, py38 it is not working wtih 3.1.1 (e.g. py38)
pkg name in pypi is `scikit-learn` `nix-shell -p nixFlakes --run "nix run mach-nix#gen.python.ipython.scikit-learn --show-trace "` The naming convention changed with the default provider not anymore being `nixpkgs` / conda integration
In this case spyder is the app (nixos package) not the python module (- but for python pkgs there is no error, too)

I would do so (for now, till R in nixpkgs offers [an overlay for] different R versions) but before we should check/test the Py/R env so that it really works...
I know that dates are issues for reproducibility never the less after building the mn py env the OS-date should be recognized
