Show a registered metadata listing on the dataset details view

This prevents a user from having to go into the apply metadata page, just to get a listing of registered metadata files.

As an extension, once we track which metadata files have been applied, we can display a flag when a dataset has not-yet-applied metadata files, as an indicator that someone should review and apply them.
