Number of AD, ADF and ADR should be "R"

Regarding to the description of the AC format field "Allelic depths for the ref and alt alleles in the order listed. [...]" and regarding to the vcf specification "If the field has one value for each possible allele (including the reference), then this value should be ‘R’" the number should be "R". but it is "." instead. Also for ADF and ADR.
