What is the benefit of the stats folder? Are some structural variants more relevant than others in the candidateSV.vcf file??

Could you please tell me what I can derive from the files in the stats folder? Why do I want to look at these statistics?

I am also curious where to start when looking at the generated candidateSV.vcf.gz. Are there certain structural variants more relevant/have a higher confidence than others?
