Some reported SV events has 0 support reads

Hi , I found during Manta running, there are some BND events who have zero support read pairs, but when I look at the bam file directly, I can actually see some reads about this BND. Any idea what caused this?

I observe the same issue with other SV types, and I would love to hear the answer. I emailed the developers, and never heard back. Perhaps someone will reply here.
