Python2 is EOL soon - please switch to Python3

Hi, manta is explicitly enforcing Python2. I'd recommend to port the code to Python3 soon since Python2 is end of life in a short time span. Kind regards, Andreas.

FWIW, sounds like there's an official end-of-life for python 2 in just a few months: https://www.python.org/doc/sunset-python-2 . Just something to be aware of as you consider future plans for Manta
