Is the QQ value in the QUAL field of the VCF file by caller???

First of all, thank you for the program that is useful for comparing.

I'm a little confused, but when I draw a PR curve, I use the QQ value as a threshod. Is the QQ value in the QUAL field of the VCF file by caller??? I guessed, but I want to know for sure.
