bintray link doesn't seem to work!

Hi and thank you for a very useful tool. I installed the software a while ago without any problems but yesterday when trying a fresh install I got an error that the https://dl.bintray.com/boostorg/release/1.73.0/source/boost_1_73_0.tar.bz2 was forbidden. The error is the same today. I appreciate if you would look into that.

The link from the official boost homepage is https://boostorg.jfrog.io/artifactory/main/release/1.73.0/source/boost_1_73_0.tar.bz2

Using it in the CMakeLists.txt file instead of the dl.bintray.com one seems to work fine.
