Using this environment:
docker run --rm -it -v /data/programs/bin/ngs/Nirvana:/Nirvana mcr.microsoft.com/dotnet/sdk:6.0 bash
Any idea?
Same commandline works using Windows.
Having the same problem on Ubuntu (current stable release) in just native environment (non-docker). Tried recompiling the Block compression library as mentioned in another post I found by Google. This is running as a VM under Workstation 17, but interestingly I got it to work fine on a CentOS7 distro on the same platform, I have tried several different attempts at installing....I can get the help to run though....
