outlier script requires at least one case, but

Long time no see Egor!

I'm using the outlier.py script, but the manifest requires at least one 'case', with the error:

"Manifest must contain at least one case".

If I understand the outlier algorithm correctly, there is no requirement for cases. I'm working around this now, but it would be handy to:

• Effectively ignore the status column in the manifest for outlier detection (or at least not enforce the number of cases or controls to at least 1)
• Have a third 'NA' or 'unknown' value for sample status that would allow using the same manifest file for outlier detection and case-control analysis. In this scenario, NA status samples are skipped in the case-control analysis.

This is low priority since I'm scripting around it now, but would be good to know if I misunderstand something.
