Deleting a process which is an element of another process should not be possible. If this happens the Web UI is no more usable, someone must create the empty process....
If you added a node and you want to modify it. A delete button should be there. 
The modify view for the process form and edit node form must contain delete button. This allows the user to either store the modifications or delete the nodes. ref #253
