Delete button for modify view

If you added a node and you want to modify it. A delete button should be there. Issue

I totally agree, we should move the delete from the tile to this version.

This would also reduce the icon clutter on the tiles.

And it would be more consistent with how we handle "delete" everywhere else in the web interface
