Feature suggestion: chosen modifier+middle-click to minimize (or, even better, hide!) the middle-clicked app

Just as per the title, it'd be very nice to be able to use middle-click (when the modifier combo is held down) to hide (like with ⌘H) or minimize applications

This is a fix for issue #2 that was closed without any resolution. Removing the duplicate `break;` statement should allow compilation on macOS 10.12.6
