You could check if a user is "client". A user is only a client when he made a successful payment.
As you described that will require a custom plugin for pterodactyl which is not in scope yet. This FR will be blocked (not closed) until someone decides otherwise :)

This doesnt really make sense to me as the resources are still being allocated on pterodactyl.
You have to disable it with "hidden" plans anyways. Any user could just "bruteforce" their way to any hidden product and create it even tho you dont want them to....
I was able to reproduce this behavior. It's only happening at the language settings tab, which seems odd.
This might be due to bad HTMl hierarchy. It's also bad that some buttons are right next to the Labeltext and others are right aligned.
The main work will be to migrate from adminlte3 css to really anything :D
