[Bug] Some info buttons auto close on IOS

Language settings info buttons auto close on mobile Referral system settings - always give commission info button and allowed info button auto close on mobile

###To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to to language settings on mobile Click on the info buttons See error

Determined it is iOS but not android (sample size of 2)

I was able to reproduce this behavior. It's only happening at the language settings tab, which seems odd.

This might be due to bad HTMl hierarchy. It's also bad that some buttons are right next to the Labeltext and others are right aligned.
