invalid SSL cert for `*.packages.shiftkey.dev`

Aug 11, 2024 here. CN on the cert when I go to apt.packages.shiftkey.dev is "*.azureedge.net", so apt rejects it, and it is not possible to update/upgrade/anything.

Hitting F5 in File Explorer turns all preview thumbnails black

I have since uninstalled, and downloaded the exe from github and ran that as administrator. Power Toys is now running as admin, with the "Always run as administrator" setting turned...
