similar to #62 for the intro, it sets the sample rate very high, but not audio is actually played. then it drops to mode0, then switches from to mode2, back...
the game works fine, mainly opening to keep track of games that use high freq sample rates
calls `VBlankIntrWait` and then breaks. works in official and cult bios. also verified this on mgba. it could also be cpuset however i hle that and it works when paired...
the gba lcd had ghosting. some games exploited this, much the same as gb.
current code is too complicated for what it actually does, the control flow is hard to reason about and very easily bugs can creep in.
