Is this still an issue even with the recent manager versions?

Looks like a very old bug related to a very old version of manager. So closing it.

Is there any issue with this commit holding it from getting merged?

This still exists and needs to be looked into.

Selecting all patches is not recommended at all even. Why would you select all the patches in the first place?

What's the state of this bug? Does it still exist? If not this can be closed
