Hi ! I am a simple user of fmriprep but I want to say that I usually use the "no-reconall" option because 1/ the process is often not well perform...
I have a solution: I found the WM and csf time-series in: ${WD}/${my_study}/data/codes/fmriprep_wf/single_subject_${subject}_wf/func_preproc_ses_${session_name}_task_${task1}_wf/bold_confounds_wf/signals/signals.tsv
thanks for answer ! not really a solution because I use the the *nonAgg* images.
