This PR addresses #50 by changing np.float64 to float, as suggested by the Numpy release documentation https://numpy.org/devdocs/release/1.20.0-notes.html#deprecations .

IAPWS package has incompatible licence type

Need to remove IAPWS method for calculating BPD curves from the tutorial because that package has a GPL licence. Seek replacement method for calculating BPD for geothermal well test analysis.
