I have the same issue. Also RGH 1.2 with a Falcon motherboard. When removing any memory units, the console boots XeLL Reloaded perfectly.
I would personally like if this was added with [Li's VitaShell](https://github.com/LiEnby/VitaShell/tree/master) since it can refresh ePSP content to the LiveArea.
