ch3/inhib (pre-compiled for Windows) always crashes after launch

The program immediately crashes upon resizing the window, or attempting most operations. Going back one version solves the issue - so it's definitely an issue with the latest release. Tested...

Title - v1.3.2, ch10/stroop crashes (partial error log attached) 

In v1.3.2 (Windows Go precompiled), the "Open Rec=.2 Wts" in ch6/v1rf button does not work. In v1.3.1, it does.
