Issue persists in nds-bootstrap release v1.0.0 on DS Lite, DSi, and 3DS when launching from R4i-SDHC flashcart. Black screen does not disappear when moving between rooms but music continues playing....

Yeah, issue persists in v1.0.1. Launching with the YSMenu kernel works, so it's probably a really low priority bug.
