Remove all warning, Improve Windows environment VS2017 to VS2022, build and refer it success

1. Eliminates VS2022 all compile-time warnings. 2. Updated the compilation environment to VS2022, platform toolset using LLVM (clang-cl), Windows SDK version 10.0.22621.0. Compiles without warning.
