Swagger should identify config = true/false for the attributes in YANG

Hi Ricard, Take grouping Topology and grouping ConnectivityService for example. The attributes in Topology are all "config false", so these attributes are read only and should only have "GET" operations...

remove serviceIdOrName for getConnectionDetails operation

Thanks Rod for the information. For the purpose for the OIF/ONF Interop which will employ TAPI, the parent controller probably only needs getTopologyList and getTopologyDetails to retrieve all the topology...
