@Dhranios has made the interesting comment on the Discord server to change the type of the `name` and `description` values for whole text JSON components rather than translation keys.
Instead of adding a whole registry, maybe we could also move everything to recipe serializing. We would put tea effects only in the NBT data of tea bags/bottles.
I've been able to reproduce this myself. It's caused by recipe remainders, so I think I should just disable it? But that might also consume the entire bottle when crafting...
Item recipe remainders are defined in the Java code per item. Item recipes are defined in the JSON files, in the datapack.. And the datapack is managed by the Java...

Cannot reproduce on latest versions.
Despite the fact that I never do backports, I've actually looked into this and found out it requires a ton more invesment than other mods especially due to the usage...
