How to make 3d images display outlines in 2D direction

 This is the picture now，but I want like this.  What should I do to achieve?

Black pixel blocks appear when opening the following set of files  [img(1).nii.gz](https://github.com/user-attachments/files/16369806/img.1.nii.gz) How can I solve this problem? Thanks
