请问updatenet模型复现您的代码，线性阶段生成模板后，进行训练生成的checkpoint，怎么测试哪个checkpoint最好，也就是您b站的1.2：加载1.1最好的模型这一步操作，运行test的话，如果step=2，我发现代码没有加载checkpoint啊，求大佬指教！

您好，我在训练SiamRPN时显存利用低

数据集: GOT10k，cpu: AMD EPYC 7543 32-Core Processor GPU: RTX3090 cpu已经拉满了，但GPU利用率低，偶尔跳下20%，40%大部分时间为0 修改num_workers和batch_size参数无果 且每次train_loader处理完一次后都会卡顿一下
