I'm pretty sure @diafero has 99.99% fixed this--but I'd like his input before we close this issue for sure.

Todo before this is merged: check for any naughty assumptions in plPythonPack and verify that packed python works after repacking with this.

These changes need to be made to the clothing max files and exported for us to be able to accept them. Otherwise, the changes will be overwritten the next time...

There is no Max file, and manual PRC edits are not acceptable for these files. They are generated from [Fan02.json](https://github.com/H-uru/moul-assets/blob/master/sources/avatar/clothing_fan02/Fan02.json) by [CreateClothingPRP.py](https://github.com/Hoikas/moul-utils/blob/master/CreateClothingPRP.py).
