Pretty sure that there are people (including me) who prefer to have notifs on their modposts, so having a toggle would be the best approach for everyone.

did a couple of tests, @UberFazz you can already disable those notifs by toggling off "beatmap modding" here lmao, I think it's been there since the feature was added.
