Added pitched-memory support and implemented denoise_device_image()

I have added support for pitched memory and implemented the function `denoise_device_image()`, which can be used to filter images that are already in GPU memory.

Encoding Issue

Hi, special characters are not submitted correctly when using JSON files that are encoded with UTF-8 (as the encoding seems to default to US-ASCII). [Here's a fix](https://github.com/ToxicFrog/bltool/files/440043/patch.txt) to alleviate this...
