triggers not working

hi, my triggers aren't working, in the psmove config tool it seems to work normally, but in any game and in steamvr it doesen't work, i've gone around this issue...

I'm using riftcat and followed daley techs video on the setup. Everything is working perfectly, BUT when in the PSMoveFreepieBridge.exe I type 1 (Virtual HMD), then 0 (id for HMD)....

The controllers connect to the config tool, but won't show up in SteamVR.

The title explains it. I Find the controllers work fine in the config utility, but as soon as I launch steamvr it will not detect controllers/controller lights stay off. Help...
