Please make a release to get controller pairing working again

Please make a release that includes the registry fix for PSMoveService. Pairing has not been working since Windows 10 1903. The fix was created autumn 2019 but has still not been released.

Anyone looking for help please see the workaround.

It works, but you have to try hard to connect it. I don´t know the procedure anymore but after you disconnect the USB cable you have to press the buttons very quick and if it fails you have to delete the device in the bluetooth settings and repeat. Sorry that I don´t have detailed infos but I don´t want to disconnect my controllers since this took me an hour to find it out.
