Android 5.1: Failure initializing input devices

Both fallout1-ce and fallout2-ce have the same problem on Android 5.1: Game shows "Failure initializing input devices" message on start. What Android 5.1 doesn't have to make game works ?

"Block 60fps" blocks 1080p and higher resolutions.

If "Block 60fps" option is enabled - 1080p and higher resolutions are unavailable. Only 720p and lower.
