An upgrade for CS:GO that reduces the spread of bullets as lvls go up

Would nice to get he grenade damage upgrade.

Any chance to make a round area of affect where smoke landed in cs:go, and then apply damage to anyone within that area ?

An rpg upgrade that would increase just knife damage.
